At JMF Movies we want to tell untold stories, stories which matter, give platform to artists and not just produce content but create good content. Finding uniqueness and redefining art. It all started when we realised a lot of people who live in suburbs have no option but to travel everyday for hours to reach main city and get any film related work done, that's when we wanted to give these artists a platform near them.

The Starting point of all achievement is desire. We don’t have to be best. Getting Better is What Matters. We can’t use up creativity. The more we use, the more we have. Everyone is born with creative mind. The more we practice, the more we sharpen it. I always believe in doing & keep doing till we achieve something & enjoy the journey with same spirit as we rejoice after achieving it. Production is a combination of multiple talent which includes Film direction, Art direction, Acting, Writing, Singing, Lyrics, Cinematography, Editing, Screenplay writing, Dialogue writing, Creative direction, Production manager, Executive producer, Line producer, Advertising, Marketing, Distribution etc. JMF Movies is a platform for all strugglers who work hard and preserve a dream to be a part of creative world.

Dr. Prerana Kolhe - Co-Producer

Every person who is born in this world is an artist in his/her own right, everything we do is a form of art, art and artist is the oldest form of development. We can see this in any young child and it is reflected throughout life. No matter in which field you are, there is an artist in all of us, i personally like to cook, dance and sing. And at times i have written poetry and stories.

And finding yourself in life is also finding yourself creatively.

Ms. Jahnvi Rajkumar Kolhe - Director

I have done my graduation from Annapurna international school of film and media (Hyderabad) BFA- Bachelor in fine arts specialising in direction and editing. I have also finished BA and MA in English literature. MA in philosophy.

Experience
  • I have worked in various short films as an assistant and directed quite a few.
  • I have also done marketing and strategy for barefoot to goa in 2014, an indie film.
  • In 2018 I worked on a telugu film as an associate director, which has already seen a good success “hushaaru”. I was involved from script stage till they finished the complete shoot. So I have been through the drill.
  • I interned with jar pictures in 2013 for talvar movie for a month. I was just 17 then.
  • I worked in balaji telefilms in 2011, where I was the youngest writer.
  • I also won best movie by the government of telangana in 2015 for a short documentary I directed about the farmers and rural area.
  • I have also arranged dimf in january 2019 for a film festival where all the liked minded people came together.
  • In the year 2019 I have focused on writing my own web series which is under working title and I have done 5 AD films with magic box production as 2nd AD.

In the past year i have also worked in ads for various brands like-

  • Swiggy - 5 ads with this food delivery company as 2nd ad.
  • Unlimited - print and talkie 3 ads for the bangalore based clothing brand as 1st ad.
  • Dabor - Oil fiction ad as da.
  • Nykka - tutorials for makeup brands as 1st ad.
  • Rasna - IPL ads with Rohit Sharma as 2nd
